NextGen Diag AI ("the App") is operated by Graham Fernandez ("we", "us", "our").

Information we collect

• Vehicle information you enter (year, make, model, VIN)
• Diagnostic trouble codes and symptoms you enter
• Conversations with the AI diagnostic assistant
• Device information for app functionality

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect your name or personal identity
• We do not collect payment information (processed by Apple/Google)
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not store your diagnostic history on our servers

How we use your information

• To provide AI-powered diagnostic responses
• To improve app performance and accuracy
• Vehicle data is sent to our AI server solely to generate diagnostic responses

Third-party services

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes diagnostic queries
• Apple/Google — processes subscription payments via RevenueCat
• NHTSA — free government API for VIN decoding (no personal data shared)

Bluetooth data

If you use the OBD2 Live Data feature, vehicle sensor data is read locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you actively send it to the AI assistant.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
