Please read these terms carefully before using NextGen Diag AI. By downloading, installing, or using NextGen Diag AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Diagnostic disclaimer

NextGen Diag AI is an AI-powered diagnostic assistance tool only. It is not a substitute for professional automotive diagnosis and repair by a qualified technician.

The App:

Does not guarantee the accuracy of any diagnostic information
Does not replace a physical inspection of your vehicle
Cannot account for all vehicle-specific conditions, modifications, or variables
May provide incorrect or incomplete diagnostic suggestions

Always have safety-critical systems including brakes, steering, suspension, airbags, and fuel systems inspected and repaired by a licensed automotive technician.

2. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graham Fernandez and NextGen Diag AI shall not be liable for:

Any vehicle damage resulting from following app suggestions
Any personal injury resulting from vehicle repairs attempted based on app information
Any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
Any loss of vehicle warranty resulting from repairs

You assume full responsibility for any repairs or diagnostic actions taken based on information provided by this App.

3. Not a substitute for professional service

NextGen Diag AI is designed to assist — not replace — professional automotive technicians. For any repair involving safety systems, always consult a licensed mechanic.

4. Subscription terms

Free trial period is 7 days from date of first subscription
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
Use the App for commercial resale without written permission
Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, AI responses, and features of NextGen Diag AI are the intellectual property of Graham Fernandez. The NextGen Diag name and logo are protected marks.

7. AI-generated content

Diagnostic responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Always verify critical information with a qualified technician before proceeding with any repair.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
